1. Acceptance
Accessing and using kelqorant.com implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the clauses, please do not continue using the site.

The site is operated by Kelqorant S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789456-3, registered with the IGJ under No. 12,345,678 and registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV) as a Collective Financing Platform under Reg. No. 1124, with legal address at Av. del Libertador 1234, 8th Floor, C1425 CABA, Argentina.
3. Purpose of the site
Kelqorant offers information about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina and allows you to subscribe to receive updates. The site itself does not constitute an investment offer. Investments are channelled exclusively through the procedures and contractual documents authorised by the CNV.
4. Registration and subscription
By completing the subscription form, you declare that the information provided is truthful, accurate and up-to-date and that you are over 18 years of age in accordance with Argentine law.
5. Investment risks
All investments in real estate projects carry risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the capital invested. Historical or projected returns do not guarantee future results. Before investing, carefully read the specific documentation for each project.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, code) is the property of Kelqorant S.A.S. or is used under licence. Total or partial reproduction without express written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Liability
Kelqorant is not responsible for temporary site interruptions resulting from maintenance tasks, technical issues or force majeure events. Nor are we responsible for misuse of the site by the user.
8. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on this page. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the current version.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
