1. Data controller
Kelqorant S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789456-3, domiciled at Av. del Libertador 1234, 8th Floor, C1425 CABA, Argentine Republic (hereinafter, "Kelqorant" or "we"), is the data controller for personal data collected through kelqorant.com, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its implementing decree.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when filling out the newsletter subscription form (name and email address). In addition, we record technical browsing information (IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit duration) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to send you commercial communications related to real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina, respond to inquiries, improve the user experience and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent at the time of subscribing and on our legitimate interest in operating the site, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 25,326.
5. Retention
We will keep your data while your subscription remains active and, subsequently, for the periods required by Argentine tax and anti-money laundering regulations.
6. Data subject rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacidad@kelqorant.com. You can also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory body for Law 25,326.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including TLS encryption for all site communications.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers (such as email marketing and analytics tools) operate outside Argentina. We only transfer data to countries with adequate levels of protection or under contractual clauses approved by the AAIP.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish any modifications on this same page along with the latest update date.
